This is a FRAUDULENT Company. My wife ordered a two-piece set (black and white pant and black top). I paid Rs 999 to Delhivery on receipt of the package. On opening it, I was shocked to find an old used fully torn saree. I demand full refund of the amount paid.

Air India Express — Non refund on account of cancellation/reschedule

I have booked 9 ( NIne ) tickets ( all are Senior Citizens) from Chennai to Bhubaneswar thro’ Make my Trip on 9th November, 2024 by Air India Express – Flight No.IX 2639.
Subsequently I received a message from Air India Express on 22nd November, 2024 about the cancellation of the flight and they have rescheduled the flight to Flight No.IX 2801 and gave an option for full refund, if cancelled the tickets.
2. On 24th November, 2024 i.e. two days after the message received from Air India Express, I cancelled two tickets which was booked for VENKATRAMAN NATESAN & REVATHI VENKATRAMAN and received a refund of Rs.1313/- only.
3. I request you to kindly arrange to refund the balance amount after adjusting Rs.1313/- at the earliest.
