Loombiz Consultancy Pvt Ltd — Payment taken for onboarding service but not delivered + targeted abuse

We made a payment to Loombiz Consultancy Pvt Ltd for AJIO onboarding services. Despite multiple follow-ups, the service was never delivered.
After we posted a factual negative review on their Google Business listing, we received messages asking us to remove the review. Upon refusing, we started receiving fake bulk orders on Amazon and Flipkart, using the same address registered with Loombiz. One such order was already cancelled by Amazon, flagged as suspicious.
This appears to be intentional retaliation aimed at damaging our business reputation and seller metrics.
We are requesting an investigation, refund, and strong warning to prevent further abuse toward other businesses.

These days Amazon shows number of items sold last month for a product.
Let’s take Acer Laptop TL14-42M
It shows 100+ bought last month and still there are only 7 ratings.
This data is 100% fake to cheat the customers in believing that this is a highly rated and popular product.
Use your discretion while buying products from Amazon India.
Do not fall pray to such tactics.
